The MR180 is built arround a linear screw drive mechanism providing an exact 180° output rotation in all operating conditions. Overtravel or undertravel due to temperature variation or supply voltage variation is never an issue thus providing a reliable and al- ways full operation of the disconnect switch.

Key features of our Motor Operator
Hapam optional decoupler is simple and easy to operate. The decoupler provides a visual disconnection of the motor mechanism and allows a secured padlocking in either OPEN or CLOSED positions. During the de- coupling action, the vertical shaft will be locked in position before it is cleared from the M.O.. Therefore. the operating shaft is never in a free position.
The MR180 auxiliary switch unit is directly inline and driven by the output shaft of the M.O. Each switch is fully adjustable. You have the choice of 10 or 20 contacts re- served for customer use only. A side hinged panel provides easy access to wiring and adjusment of the cam operated switches. The limit switches are located on the linear drive mechanism and are set at the factory.
